Rev. Dr. (Mrs.) Lynderia “Lyn” S. Cheevers Inah has over 25 years of experience as a talent management professional. She earned the Doctor of Education from Nova Southeastern University and the Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center. She holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential from the International Coach Federation.
Dr. Lyn has a top record of performance leading transformative training and development programs and projects with local, national, and international scope and impact. She is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in workforce development, strategic talent management, executive leadership development, adult learning theory, and instructional design. Dr. Lyn has the proven ability to lead a diverse workforce, leverage the talents of all constituents, and create high performing teams. She is skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals.
As a woman of vision, she is recognized for her tenacity, integrity, and leadership. She is spiritually gifted as a teacher, administrator, and exhorter. Dr. Lyn has a global metron and is called to the nations as a prophetic midwife and apostolic gatekeeper. She is sent by God as one of His end-time ambassadors to advance the government of God in the earth.
Dr. Lyn is an ordained Itinerant Elder (Reverend) in the African Methodist Episcopal Church with full communion in the Pan-Methodist Church (African American Episcopal [AME], African American Episcopal Zion [AMEZ], Christian Methodist Episcopal [CME], African Union Methodist Protestant, Union American Methodist Episcopal and Global Methodist Churches) and ecumenical partnership in the Episcopal, Presbyterian, Lutheran, and Baptist (excluding the Southern Baptist denomination) Churches. She carries an apostolic teaching grace and was affirmed to the five-fold ministry as a gift to the Body of Christ At-Large. Affirmation services were overseen by Destiny for the Nations and Global Kingdom Mandate International (Atlanta, GA USA- based apostolic networks).
She served as Christian Education Director for a local assembly with eleven Christian education ministries and served on the ministerial staff of a local assembly with 5500 members. Dr. Lyn has published several books and is the Founder and Chief Learning Officer of Beacon Talent Development Consultants, Inc. Beacon is a teaching ministry which offers preaching, speaking, leadership training, organizational development consulting, executive coaching, pastoral counseling, and publishing services.
Dr. Lyn has served on teaching ministry teams, prophetic ministry teams, miracles ministry teams, and supernatural healing and deliverance ministry teams in nations located in the Americas, Africa, and Asia. She is married to Pastor LeoFisher "Don" S. Inah. They were blessed with four biological sons- Stephen (of blessed memory), Anthony, David, and Praise, a daughter-in-love- Keundra (Stephen), two grandsons- Asher and Beaux (Stephen and Keundra), and many spiritual sons and daughters throughout the earth.
